A Lil Nutty Overnight Coconut Chia Pudding

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
  • A Lil Nutty's Coconut Chips
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2.5 cups refrigerated coconut milk (we use So Delicious)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
      Instructions:
      1. Place all ingredients (excluding A Lil Nutty's Coconut Chips) in a large bowl and stir to combine.
      2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
      3. Remove from refrigerator, spoon into jars, top with A Lil Nutty's Coconut Chips and enjoy!
