- 1 Chocolate Better Brownie, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons unsalted peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4-1/2 chip semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 small banana
- 1 gluten-free wrap
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Spread peanut butter evenly over entire wrap leaving 2cm from the edge clear.
- Spread chocolate chips over wrap evenly, then chop up Better Brownie and do the same.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the surface as well as shredded coconut, reserving half the coconut for later.
- Chop banana and place in between any gaps.
- Put dessert pizza under the broiler for 1-2 minutes depending on the strength of your oven, or until the chocolate has melted and edges are slightly browned.
- Sprinkle remaining shredded coconut over the top with a dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
