Better Brownie Fudge Ice Cream Sandwich

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

• 1 Chocolate Better Brownie
• 1 heap tablespoon ice cream (we used Luna & Larry's Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge)
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Cut Better Brownie in half across the center length ways so you're left with 2 thinner layers.
2. Scoop ice cream onto bottom layer and place top layer of Better Brownie over the ice cream.
3. Place in the freezer to set for 1 hour.
4. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips over a double boiler and set aside to cool for 5 minutes in a glass big enough to dip the Better Brownie into.
5. Remove Better Brownie ice cream sandwich from freezer and dip half of it into the melted chocolate.
6. Place back in the freezer to set for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
